In response to jclaffee, my aim is to get what I paid for and not just give up. After arbitration, I can bring a suit and we'll see how many 2024-2025 GX rear seat heaters are actually working. I've wasted a lot mor time on even more fruitless lawsuits. It's a principle thing a this point.

I certainly will never buy another Lexus maybe others with same will feel the same.

My experience with large corporations is to just go to arbitration. Then that opens the door to litigation

Im heading to arbitration I guess. Mine don’t show any increase in temp. Arbitration gives me a ticket to lemon law in Kentucky. I don’t understand why they just don’t fix. Answer $$$$$$ x Cars.

Check your lemon law manual or lemon law attorney. I am only dealing with the seat heater issue on the GX 550. Sorry.

No worries. But this stonewall by Lexus is so frustrating. If theres a problem they should fix it.
