I’m possibly trading my 24 OT for a 25 OT and exploring tire options. Would prefer to not do the Westcott lift again. Are you running into any rub issues with 285/75s? Any spacers or anything?

What is the largest tire size anyone has fit on a stock 2025 OT or OT+? I have a 24 OT with the Westcott kit and 285/75r17s (34s) with almost no rub. I have a 25 OT on order (we'll see how the tariff treats me) and am hoping to fit the same size on a stock (no lift) 25.

Stealth Custom Gen5s 17x8.5 +20 and 285/75r17 Toyo AT3s. Did the Westcott collar lift and still needed to pull the fender liner forward and heat gun the edges of the lower bumper to completely clear.

I ended up pulling the liner forward which fixed 95% of the rub then used a heat gun to reshape the inner lip of the hard plastic trim. You can see where the rub was occurring in the photo but in a 40 min drive around town since, no issues. Moral of the story, I’d recommend at least a +25...

Thanks for the comparison. Odd that the 5mm difference in offset makes such a big difference in contact. It’s not horrible, just hoping someone has shaped or tied off the liner to give an extra half inch or so of clearance.
