I debadged my entire rear hatch and all the letters are barely held on with double sided adhesive. Was able to remove them by simply heating with a gun and lifting with my fingers. That being said if they’re a true overlay emblem you will struggle to remove just the overlay. Like mentioned above...
The Wescott rack looks very similar to the original Prinsu design where you could essentially remove two of the crossbars, mount them to your tent, and then essentially just re install the cross bars with tent already attached. Thats the way I had done it on my 4Runner with the OG Prinsu and it...
I’m still experimenting/looking for an easier solution. Sorry I don’t have better photos, I just took the tent off today. I have the low profile Prinsu mounts only 3/4” tall and it is very tight. I had to purchase the longest ratcheting end wrench I could to be able to reach in and tighten the...
CBI Rock sliders installed. And some new pinstripes added 😬. CBI’s install video is specific to the Overtrail models so after racking my brain a little I was able to figure it out and the install went smoothly.
Coming from a collision refinishing background and even service writing in a dealership for many years. Drilling into your rain gutters for rivets just opens a whole can of worms. No mater how much seam sealant or goop you put up there you’re going to have potential for water leaks. If that...

While playing in the snow today, under full throttle conditions the GX (P+ not overtrail) acted as if traction control was on and kept cutting the throttle. To my knowledge I had every drive assist setting and sensor turned off, including traction control. Has anyone else experienced this?
Have you reached out to CBI? Just curious if they would address it. I’ve seen many of them out there without that big gap. Maybe they had a lapse in quality control.
