I personally think it would look awesome. I have seen it on Range Rovers, and the black and white with the gloss / matte or satin finish is a great look. (I love the earth color we ended up with, but white is still my preferred color for these. Love the stormtrooper look.)

Good call the surround cameras on the + would be nice! Before I convinced the wife to let me get an OT, she insisted on a prem+ for the surround cameras. (Won't let me get a car without, which I appreciate. )

The prem+ can for sure handle those roads. I would plan on a second set of wheels and AT tires. Plus get a compressor so you can air down and you can do it easily. The MTS and trail cameras are huge aids if you not experienced but go slow, use a spotter and you will be just fine.
