They each have their own functions and do not integrate with each other. The modes on the AFE unit will do its own thing while the Lexus modes will modify other things like steering, suspension, and throttle response. I used to always use Sport on the aFe and Sport+ on the Lexus mode.
I haven't got a chance to make a video or post about it but adding the Kicker sub to the ML was awesome. Extra hard bass yet can be normal if you chose to dial back the bass knob. Looks like the price went up from last year.

I'm back and ready to make the switch to this tune. I read through the entire thread including the unnecessary entertainment! I just reached out to VF this morning with a list of questions. I apologize and should have read the thread first since I found many answers scattered here. My GX...
Yes, totally agree. I have been driving BMW ZF 8 speeds for years and it never gear hunts. I find the GX tends to do that a lot with pick up off the line even in "normal" driving conditions. The paddle shifters are useless to help slow down, it takes over 2 seconds for a gear change. The...
Agreed, you can probably make the same argument about restrictive exhaust. The engine will call for the same torque demand but you may increasing the curve on how fast it can ramp up to that same demand.
Exactly !!! I just made a YouTube video on how to rotate the tires yourself. I put a technical section in the end that shows the mileage and wear of each tire at the end. The 5 tires constantly rotating will give you better "service life" out of the tires. At 75k miles on the truck, all...
