At 14k miles I am around 17.2 with mix of city and freeway. On long freeway trips, going eco mode vs comfort gets me +0.6 mpg. Bigger tank would really help.

I put a small piece of black electrical tape over area with the holes. It creates a good seal and is largely unnoticeable (except with a bright light focused on it).
