I used a local off road shop that was familiar with the Westcott lifts to install it.

I installed the lift last aug as the second upgrade to my GX and love it. I do landscape photography and I can get to places and back no worries. I do not do hard core off-road but this lift gets the front up for added clearance and adds stiffness to the suspension for better control and ride...

Do not lock or unlock while moving or in drive. A short drive on pavement is probably ok. Next time pull off the road safely come to a complete stop and unlock diff in neutral.

OT with 9500 miles, on road and off road with Westcott leveling lift, no vibrations. It drives smother than the older 2013 GX base I have. I just have the morning squeal with the brake and waiting on Lexus with the parts on order.

He did not test the GX with the center differential locked. It would have behaved the same as the 4 runner. This was noted in one of the comments. I had the same question after watching the video until I read the comment describing the diff in an all wheel drive of the Gx vs the 4 runner that...

I have the OT and had some hood flutter at 50+. It is really evident when following large trucks at hwy speeds. When I took mine into the dealer for the 5k maintenance they adjusted the hood and it is much better now. They did not share what they did but it seems less. Check with your dealer.
