My dealer was well aware of the issue. Stated it has been brought up on regional calls for the Service Managers. Lexus Corporate also told me they are aware of the issue. Its not only on the GX...touches a couple models.

Yes, Troy can sell Lexus. I’ve bought several times. You will see the same on club Lexus forum.

Anyone having issues with their ML. After volume at 45, the bass & mods cut out. Then slowly come back in & then out again. Sounds like an AM radio when this occurs. This is on my Lux+

Bass is middle of the road. But there is definitely something off with it. It’ll cut off then within 10 seconds it’ll gradually come back in

I’m not having any rattle at all.

No on bumps. The reason I think it is software is because when the base comes back in, it’s like a fade up.

Picked mine up yesterday. The bass seems to come in & out. Seems more like a software issue. Anyone else experiencing?

Lexus uses 4 ports depending on where you are. Portland, California, New Jersey, & Jacksonville. Portland seems to serve the largest swath of the US.

I was told this was an error. As others have mentioned you can’t add this on the Lexus configuration tool. Also, DVD is an accident technology at this point

On the Facebook group, they are stating this is a mistake & will be fixed.
