Removing bolts isn't a simple task since they typically have lock tite and the hex screw can strip after repeated attempts. The crossbars can be removed after removing the bolts but sometimes the adjacent crossbars need to be removed to remove tension.

Any have news on when ROKBLOKZ will have a set of mud gaurds that fit the OT ?

This week I went in for my 5000 mile service. Service included an oil change, tire rotation and inspecting all fuilds. I noted that the brakes squeak so they ordered parts to be installed at the next visit.

I hit 5000 miles this weekend. Loving the vehicle more every day. I have my first service scheduled for Tuesday. Hopefully I'll get an oil change and have them look at the squeaky brakes. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

I got a response from Prinsu/CBI. They shipped a new crossbar even though I don't need it and told them I'd rather just get a coupon to buy more stuff. Not sure if AI or entry-level humans are to blame. I said I don't need a new crossbar, but I'm guessing that they don't want the downstream...

I received an email asking me to complete the warranty claim form. They said they expect to mail me a new crossbar, but I don't need it since I already re-threaded the one I had. I asked for store credit / coupon instead. Still waiting on a response.
