Does anyone know where is the twin air intake entrance for the GX550? Follow the air filter housing, the entrance seems coming from inside the side wall. Does anyone has diagram what it looks side the wall and where the air is flow from outside into sidewall?

Are you talking about the Engine air intake? The air comes from inside from the wheel well.

it's been this way forever in Land Cruisers. haven't taken mine apart yet, but you'll notice vents on the front of the inner fender and I'm pretty sure it picks up extra air coming in from the front grille - you'll see the turbo radiators on each side of the main radiator, pretty low.
just helped a buddy with a LC80 and he has the same design - intake was under the front lights inside the wheel well.
