Audio just stopped! (1 Viewer)

I was driving along and was listening to music on my CarPlay, when the audio just stopped! I have looked for anything I may have hit accidentally or an "auto mute" setting somewhere. I have tried my nav system, Waze, Pandora, and my hands-free calling. Nothing works. I have searched high and low and can find nothing on any audio issues. Anyone have this issue or suggestions?? I have always found I can get more done quicker with forums, as opposed to dealership inquiries.

I got my 2024 OT+ in February and noticed pretty quickly, by eye-bawling the rear, that when parked in my carport that it had a considerable lean to the passenger side. Seeing how my carport is asphalt, I marked it up to the asphalt was probably not level. Fast-forward to August, and my brother, who loves to tease me any chance he gets, especially about my fancy truck, was following behind me on the interstate and LOVED to tell me something was wrong with my truck, it was leaning to the passenger side. Paying more attention to it on level concrete, I realized it is a pretty big difference. Has anyone had this issue???

Did you try rebooting the entire audio system, and/or rebooting the center screen?

On the lean, there is a possibility the EKDSS has ‘forgotten’ to reset itself. Somewhere in the manual there is mention of something very similar; and with a slight procedure to fix it. Search in the manual for “Kinetic“ to help find that.

I haven't tried the reboot! I will work on it and the reset on the EKDSS tonight! My dealer is an hour away and I really didn't want to have to take half a day or more to take it to them if I didn't have to! Thanks DJ's Sled!

Just the Pandora through my CarPlay. I disconnected my phone and connected a different phone and that didn't work. I feel confident it had to be something I inadvertantly did, but lord knows what it is!
