Now that you mention it, Ford has been having tons of trouble with their aluminum drive shafts and no supply chain for them.

That guy in the MSN video initially sounded like he was just sort of a know it all but by the end I believe his opinions align with the facts

• quality control sucks
• competition is fierce
• supply chains aren’t vetted
• raw material demands
• overly stringent regulations
