Factory Running Board Install Question (1 Viewer)

Has anyone removed the factory rock rails and installed the factory running boards? Was it as simple as removing the rails, finding the correct holes, and installing the running boards or were there any additional OEM hardware needs?

mounting locations are different as well as hardware. Very easy to do though
