Heat blowing and thermostat control issue (1 Viewer)

I wrote about this on a different post. What I noticed, and have reproduced several times, is that no matter what the climate control setting or temp level, very warm/hot air blows out even when selecting a cooler temp such as 60/61/62. After a certain drive time (around 30 minutes), things change and the air out of vents actually goes from very warm to the intended temp of low 60's. I have the OT with the cold weather package.
