If you have a choice, ethanol-free?

Just wondering what the latest viewpoints are, if you have available, would you prefer ethanol-free premium fuel for your rig? Or just stay with Top Tier premium with ethanol?

Given the option I would take it as it will increase the vehicles pitiful range.

Just a fact of the energy content difference between high octane gas and ethanol.

Since the introduction of ethanol blended fuels I've only tried it once and although it made a slight improvement in MPG on my truck, it wasn't worth the cost. Meaning I still got more miles per dollar with E10. Even with my 2 and 4 stroke lawn equipment a bit of Stabil, proper storage over the winter and E10 have given me zero issues and that's with a 20 year old Echo blower.
