This is my first Lexus. I don't do extended services and feel a little foolish as I am looking at everything I signed up for and need some advice quickly to cancel any of the services. I will say I travel every weekend into the mountains so I felt like it would help, But wow I can't belive how much I spent. Any advice if any of these I should drop?

Holy crap. You were fleeced by the dealer. I'd never do business with them again.
I'd definitely kill the tire and wheel package. It's worthless if you go with an aftermarket wheel setup and if you keep the stock wheels they are cheap to replace (second hand) if you mess one up.
You could try shopping out the EXTENDED SERVICE CONTRACT and the PREPAID MAINTENANCE but you're probably stuck with all the other bullshit they added on. The general rule, with extremely rare exception, is that any type of "protection package" or clear coat or ceramic coating or PPF package or simonizing or whatever from the dealer is a giant waste of money and just a simple money-grab by the dealer. On the other hand, the dealers know the laws of supply and demand and since you are on the demand side of the equation and they control the supply, you just have to swallow the bullshit add-ons.

UPDATE - I was able to cancel almost everything I wanted which was almost 10K worth. The only two I couldn't because they had already applied it to the car was the crystall fusion and stoneX because they had aleady applied them. One is the windshield protection and the other is protectant for chips. But, I have replaced three windshields in the last 12 months and got several chips in the paint (lots of gravel trucks by our cabin) so I am OK with it. Thanks for the feedback

As far as the “already applied” stuff goes, they will usually discount it heavily. I got them to knock of over half their fees for the already applied crap.
