Ordered all the stuff to install the Lexus mud flaps, for those who have done the install, any instructions available? Tips? Looks like the 3 rear inside the well need to be drilled? In any case, any advice or helpful tips would be great. Thank you!

Front flaps go on using existing fasteners - dead easy.

For the rear, you do have to drill at least the hole that goes into the fender liner. I found the screws will self tap into the fender flare plastic if you try hard enough, but the plastic for the fender liner was simply too robust.

When installing, I liked the look most when I pushed the rear mud guards right up flush with the bumper so there's no gap. Since I was working by myself, I was able to get it to stay lined up by tightening the bottom screws (the existing ones under the bumper) first. I was then able to let it go, reposition, switch hands, etc. to finish tightening the other screws in the wheel well.

Did you remove the rear wheels? The metal clips for the screws, where are they used snd how?

I recommend removing the rear wheel if you can, but I'm stubborn as hell so I did it without. It's definitely more annoying, but possible, if you have some ingenuity.

I believe the metal clips go behind the fender flare screws - that's where I installed them. But I also didn't follow any instructions, so I could have put em in the wrong place.

I left the rear tires on and just bought a right angle attachment for my drill. It was like $25 at Home Depot. Look for a thread titled Mud Guards. It helped me figure everything out, but was super easy
