LTE Connection via ATT Spotty as Hell. Integrated Streaming via Apple Music Not Functional (1 Viewer)

Keep getting "problem with the network" errors, and Integrated Streaming just doesn't work. When I'm lucky I get 10 seconds on Apple Music, and it fucking drops. Search in SATNAV also spotty as fuck. Is this a common issue? Anyone from a different Lexus model know how to fix this?

I noticed the att is crap, is it the same that's used for the digital key and remote communication?
