Can you roll up this mat when not in use? I have a third roll seat. Is it made of rubber?

No way! This is a super nice thick mat. Not meant to be rolled up. This is for those who put the 3rd row in the hole and use the back for other purposes. Cargo, pups, rotten children....
I know this is a nice mat. I would only roll it up when the third row seat was down. (in the hole) will this work? I only will be using the third row seat about %1 of the time. I was told it is to big for the premium +
Call the parts department at Lexus of Wesley Chapel. They can answer that better than I can. I have a Husky mat in my Premium +. I didn't find the OEM mat until after I purchased. The Husky mat is fine. It cannot be rolled up as it is too rigid.
'sort of'. We put the OT mat in my wife's Lux+ for the trip over this past Independence Day holiday. It will cover the floor, but it's obviously not made for it. It's slightly long, the tie-down's don't match up, and the back ends are a bit curled up at the sides. It also doesn't fill the floor in the open cubby on the left (which is a closed compartment on the OT). We'll probably opt for the Weather Tech mat for hers.
I can speak that the Husky Liner is a good fit for the Premium or +. My personal experience with Weather Tech vs Husky on floor mats is a hands down winner with Husky. WeatherTech mats are ridged hard and once scuffed or scratched begin to look terrible. Husky Liner mats can be cleaned over and over again and look new for many years. Big, no HUGE difference.
The genuine Lexus one? My Lux+ 6 passenger came with it. It's the same tiny, useless mat that covers only the area behind the third row seats.

I purchased the set from Canvas Back for my luxury +. I got the seat backs, side pieces, and cargo area. I have had them for about 7 months and no regrets. They clean up easy and I carry 3 dogs. Best thing is they do not have to be removed to use 3rd row. If you are just wanting something to protect the sides and carpet in the back I would recommend them. Now if you are going to run around with a full fish tank back there then no these will not stop water from running over the sides. That being said they are water proof and fit very nicely.

Oh - yes. I bought the weathertech 6 passenger cargo mat, though I don't think the 6 & 7 passenger mats are any different.
Fits as perfectly as you'd expect for a weathertech mat. Goes right to the edges of the trunk, though it does slip around a little bit if I'm trying to slide heavy stuff on top of it, especially if the second row is folded.

Husky Liners makes what I consider a far better mat than Weathertech. They are fit perfectly, flexible dense rubber and clean up to look as new for years. The hard inflexible Weathertech mats look terrible after a year. My personal experience unless they've changed. I've been using Husky Liners for the last few cars and trucks I've owned and I've been exceptionally happy with them.
I have the Huskies in my GX550 too. They are very nice. Hold a ton of mud.....
My OT came with weather mats and I put in Canvasback for my dog. Canvasback is awesome
I purchased a cargo mat from Smartliner, fits perfectly for the 7 passenger models, with the 3rd row seats folded down. Love the cutouts for the seat belt holders which I believe were missing from the Weathertech mat. Fits flush, stays flexible and is very sturdy to protect the rear cargo area. Highly recommended.
