It did make some noise at speeds >65 mph, but it’s not a whistling sound. I took it off because my OT doesn’t have sunroof and I’m getting a larger aftermarket rack.
I’m less than 3 miles south of I-80 in Des Moines area.

It’s too bad the new GX’s come in loaded with stuff you don’t necessarily want and it’s take it or leave it from the dealers.
It seems the roof rack is one of those items. I’m hoping to find one for $500, would that work for you?

So true! Yes I can do $500 for the roof rack.
