Dealer offered the following:
Warranty - Platinum, 0 Ded, 8 yrs, 75,000 mi for $3000
Pre-Paid Maintenance - 5 yr, 50,000 mi, 5,000 mi intervals for $3850
GAP Ins Lexus Financial - $950

Good deal or no?

No deal but not sure what the prices are now. What dealership is that? I assume like a hcol like CA?

I am CA based. Paid less than 5k on 7yr 75k and 5yr ppm. this was 2 months ago. This was after tariffs kicked in, my guy said before it was a lil cheaper.

I bought my truck at Arrowhead Lexus. The day I purchased the truck, they sold me on a 7 year / 100,000 mile extended warranty (Patinum, $0 deductable). This means an extra 3 years or 50,000 miles on the base warranty of 4 years or 50,000 miles, covering manufacturing defects (what we used to call the bumper to bumper warranty).

I paid Arrowhead $4405. A buddy here in Phoenix with a Tundra and a GX550 referred me to Jerry.

I bought the exact same warranty from Jerry for $2605, saving $1800. I simply went to Bell Lexus (right down the street from me) and filled out paperwork to "return" the warranty I purchased from Arrowhead.

P.S. I also bought a pre-paid maintenance plan from Arrowhead.

I paid $3795 for 6 years or 75,000 miles of prepaid maintenance.

Is there a service one too, covering oil changes and stuff?

Yes and yes, there are extended warranties and pre-paid maintenance plans.

I’d suppose that a dealership could provide a menu of what exactly is available.
