The Lux+ I picked up came with a roof rack on it, that I assume is a factory one? I don’t have a copy of my window sticker so I don’t know if it was ordered this way or added by the previous owner. I don’t even know if this is the factory rack, but I think it is?
Can anyone confirm this is the OE rack?
It’s LOUD! I haven’t even taken it at highway speeds yet, only had it 2 days in my possession now, just at 50mph on road to work it has noticeable wind noise at sunroof. Can only imagine what it’s going to be like on the highway.
Is there instructions for how it attaches/detaches? Assume it’s fairly simple, allen/torx screws? I didn’t crawl up there yet to look at the fasteners. If I take it off, is there any covers or anything they need to go in its place on the rails or it’s just clamped on like a roof bar?
