New to the GX 550 family. I got a nightfall mica so I can do sand/dune offloading as well as taking 7 people to adventures. I did not have an off roader before, so I am looking for opportunities to find new fishing spots or mountain trails that I could not access before.

The engine is a monster. I have not floored it jet and had no need to. It feels like it is always ready for anything.

Overall a great vehicle - but a couple things bug me. My wife could say the same thing about me.

My wife has had a lot of cars (never happy) but from the get go, she has almost been giddy over this car and still is a year later. We have owned the car just long enough for the tabs to be renewed and here in wonderful MN, that was $917!
