Another perspective: While not perfect, the charger works well enough to keep my Samsung Galaxy S25 well charged through an OtterBox case. I use a rubber pad so that I'm able to situate it in the furthest corner and it doesn't slide around. On long enough drives, this keeps my phone anywhere...

What country did you purchase a GX550 in? A hitch is standard on US vehicles.

That's likely the transmission downshift "clunk" flash that is a technical service bulletin. Totally normal and a good thing it's already done.

That's specific dealership bs tactics and not Lexus. I suggest finding another dealership. I had to wait a few months, but not pay an upcharge.

I'm very happy with my P+, but I was also not at all interested in most of the L or L+ features and definitely didn't want 22" wheels. You can mute the tone in the touchscreen, but you need to do it every time you put it in reverse. As far as I know, you can't disable the tone without a third party tool. I just deal with it. I have a Thule Revert 4.

As above, I paid for my first oil change at 1000 miles. The owner's manual states 600 miles is engine break-in, so I figured it was a good idea. The dealer covered my 1 of 2 complimentary at 5000 miles. I plan on doing subsequent changes every 5k miles.

I didn't get a fluid flush. I received a firmware flash as that's what the most recent TSB states is the solution. Have you inquired with your service advisor about that?

If the design is the same or similar to the 2024 and 2025 model years, I got used to the shape of the side mirrors quickly and it's neither an issue for me nor my wife.

I had very mild downshift jolts. Post flash, all I notice is the 1-2 slight harshness on cold start. Everything else is smooth.
