As above, I paid for my first oil change at 1000 miles. The owner's manual states 600 miles is engine break-in, so I figured it was a good idea. The dealer covered my 1 of 2 complimentary at 5000 miles. I plan on doing subsequent changes every 5k miles.
I didn't get a fluid flush. I received a firmware flash as that's what the most recent TSB states is the solution. Have you inquired with your service advisor about that?

I would suggest to actually go for a brief drive and not just idle while in D. I think you'll find that the outlet will shut off after a very short time period.
