Being a twin turbo V6 my guess is the GX doesn’t make enough consistent vacuum. That would more than likely mean a supplemental electric vacuum pump & check valve are in the system close to the brake booster. Might check TIS.

Don’t see LWB happening. LX600/700 is Lexus answer, or Toyota Sequoia. The Sequoia tows so much better than GX w/ V35A hybrid, extra wheelbase, which also turns it into a great road trip vehicle getting 20-22 mpg on highway. Rear storage deck height is higher w/ battery.

275/60R20 AT4W Falken Wildpeak on P+ wheels. Consider going 115T load & speed rating. Great tire for dry & wet traction, low noise, & good looking AT tire. Going to E rating you will be adding much more centrifugal weight directly impacting acceleration & braking. Fits in spare well.
