Well color me surprised but when using google maps with CarPlay today it showed up in my hud. It hasn’t before today so must be some sort of update my phone did.

Just to chime in, I had a rattle somewhere in the rear, it was the bottle jack not being fully secured. I could still tighten it by hand, so I did that until it stopped and then used some pliers to do a 1/4 turn more and sound gone.

Hmm, at least for me that is the issue, seems like more than one thing going on. Hopefully yours comes back fixed and all their prodding doesn't make it worse.

I have it too. It’s the seatbelt tensioner. If you give the seatbelt a quick yank and hold it to make the tensioner lock the belt the noise stops.
