Nice dude!!

Have a Grenadier owner, racer in my area. He runs Adrenaline HQ, they do all sorts of offroad upgrades, mods to large MBenz camper vans. Talk about suspension upgrades, jeez, really amazing stuff. An ARB dealer too.

I get some work done there.

Have a fantastic trip!

Wow, he has a shop in Ouray? I have been to the Land Cruiser event there many times. Great town. There is a great restaurant on the main strip with a balcony. I have knocked back a number of Guinness there watching the sun go down. Great town, great people. Hopefully the Grenadier group will make a trip out there some time.

So the Adrenaline HQ is actually a few miles south of Montrose, along US 550, well before Ridgway.

Final for now. I’m sure I’ll add bumpers at some point.

Does anyone know of any good attachment items for Westcott Designs Roof Rack? I found some scene light attachments from RAGO Fab, but was wondering if there are any other options.

Cali-Raised off Road has some billet Tie downs. I put two on the front rail, two on the middle rail and two on the end rail.

I am specifically looking for a way to mount some scene lights on the rear rail facing backwards.

What kind of lights? Got a link? I'm sure there is a bracket made by the light manufacturer that will mount to that two-track crossbar at the back of our Westcott racks. You'll need a bolt with the proper-sized bolt head that will slide into the track...then add the light mount bracket, then a nut. I have the proper sized bolt written down in my build thread, I'll find it and post it.

I've been thinking about putting a long, narrow light bar back there on that rear crossbar, facing backwards.

It’s the Baja S2 Pro. I wish westcott would cut holes in the end of the slats on all the crossbars the size of a 1/2 hex so the slats don’t have to be dismantled every time something is added or removed.

I changed my oil at 752 miles. I opened the filter and found almost no metal shavings at all whatsoever. Tomorrow I will post up the filter as it is still at my shop.

Are trying to mount to the rail? I looked at this and didn't think there was enough room to have a rear light on the roof rack because of the wing of the the rear gate. Are looking for backup lighting?

The way I look at it is, it makes it a little harder for someone to run off with your shit.

I was able to use the Baja mount that comes with the light for the rear fixtures. I used the Rago boxes for the sides.

I installed the Garmin today from Blaze Offroad. Ordered the wiring as well from them.

Wow! That kit is super awesome and was a breeze to install.

Anyone care to opine on this bumper? I am a non-winch guy so any qualifiers don’t matter.

I really like the full bull bar look on this one, but let me know your thoughts.

I actually like the bumper. Only drawback for me is the weight. Exp One makes solid stuff so at least you know you're getting quality workmanship. I like Dissent, Slee, and Exp One in that order. My main concern with the latter two was weight so I opted for the Dissent.

I'm going with Dissent as well primarily because of Weight, and clearance. The only problem with Dissent is the long lead time.

I really like both Dissent and Slee, but I also appreciate the full bull bar. There are so many deer running around, if I hit one it might save me a headlight or other damage….I really like the ARB one but they say it is not compatible for the GX, only the Land Cruiser.

I lived in the Texas Hill Country (Blanco) for many years and I agree in Texas you definitely need a Bull Bar. It was the first thing to go on my trucks. Hope you find something that works for you
