Has anyone found an after market fuel tank to replace the standard 80lt? Here in Australia you won’t get far without 110 lt especially with a petrol v6 as thirsty as this one.
I don’t want to replace the spare wheel with a larger fuel tank but looking at options.

Hi Jrox, same here as an Aussie who had a 100 Series Landcruiser Sarah, I miss it already. About to start some caravanning and fear I will need a spare tank sooner thjn later.

Hey Gabtar, yeah, you really need at least 110lt, I would say 130 on the safe side, especially petrol as you just don’t know where you next fill station is going to be, diesel is more common so less of an issue.

I see there are some auxiliary fuel tanks available on eBay. I don’t know how reputable the company is. It would be a big gamble to order one and find out. I wouldn’t want to be the first one.
