check engine on our '24 Luxury came on this weekend

While driving in open traffic on a freeway the vehicle 'hesitated or braked'. We were able to get to the next exit without any further issues. The check engine light, among others, lit up and two messages appeared: 1. Drive-Start Control malfunction and 2. Secondary Collision Brake System Malfunction. Has anybody else experienced this, or does anybody have any ideas what I may be looking at?

does your lexus app show any recalls?

yes, but seemingly unrelated. one for rear view camera freezing, and the other for a problem with the 12.3 inch display during startup.
