Coolbox Console Vault/Safe (1 Viewer)

My Overtrail has a coolbox. Has anyone found a console vault/safe that will work with the coolbox? Thanks!

I wish I had a good answer. I’m looking for the same thing. I’d like to find a safe and/or firearm storage solution. I’ll post when I figure something out.

I ordered a Vara reach 2, I'll post when I figure out where I'm mounting it.. in my FJ, I just used the seat bolt to mount the frame. I'll post a picture tomorrow. That safe is awesome FYI

Nice recommendation, ToyCruiser. Vara looks like a solid option. I am interested to see where you mount it. My only concern is the visibility.

Yeah, I usually toss a sweatshirt or something I've it in the FJ. But truthfully, the tint is dark on both and it's tough to see anything in detail looking through the window.

I ended up going with Liberty Safe because I liked the clean install and how solid it feels compared to some others I looked at. They’re known as one of the most trusted gun safes, and I wanted something that looked factory and didn’t rattle. Took maybe 20 minutes to put in, everything lined up fine. I use it daily and no complaints so far.

Using a vaultek. Have seat bolt mounting the steel cable.

I took out the coolbox and the vault fit in fine without any trimming. I did have to slightly adjust the wiring, but everything tucked away cleanly behind the safe.

The coolbox takes up SOOOOOO much space compared to the regular console, I think a better approach will be someone coming up with a way to remove the coolbox and then put a console vault in its place.
