Back in Nov 2025, I (like a few others with 2024's manufactured within a certain date range) rec'd the "safety recall" notification resulting from possible machining debris that may have entered the engine.

Interesting, the recall wording was updated, and my dealership has requested that I bring the vehicle in so that they can address the possible issue. The service rep I spoke to was not aware of what exactly will be worked on but said I will be getting a loaner car. The appointment is in 2 weeks.

Has anyone else had there dealership actually address this recall? Until recently the information from Lexus was no remedy was available.

I too am impacted by the recall yet when I took it in for a 15k and 25k oil change they still had not received a fix/ update for mine. This was just last monday for my 25k service

This was a false alarm. The dealership called me to cancel the appointment. They said a newer customer service rep scheduled this based on the recall notice but was not aware there currently is no fix.
