Any news yet on which hybrid engine they are planning on using in the future for the GX550?

Japan already sells the hybrid GX550 and it is the same engine as the LC250

Toyota is weird, first the Sequoia now the GX550h. Can't they just do something better than this.. Even though I never considered the hybrid GX but this half ass job still kinda offended me... So, We have some updates on the LC250 hybrid and LX700h.....same thing.... LC250 Hybrid...

My take on the subject is that although they make some already they’ll wait for the solid state battery production to be ready should be a little thinner
