Lexus GX Key Card FOB

Im trying to add a Lexus Key Card Fob. Can anybody provide a part # that is compatible with the GX550, or provide pictures of the part #

This is the Lexus key card fob that my dealer programmed when we purchase the vehicle. Hope this helps
