Malfunction on Automatic Headlight Leveling System (1 Viewer)

I received a text from my dealership talking about a malfunction on the Automatic Headlight Leveling System for my 2026 GX 550.

Has anyone received anything similar? I couldn't find anything on a quick google search.

Follow up: Not much information being given other than that they have to inspect it to see if there is an issue. Seems weird.

Joking, I am sure you'll hear more soon if this is active issue.
Do you notice anything abnormal upon startup while the headlights adjust (looking at a wall)?

Never experienced it, but every manufacturer has production and QA errors sometimes; sorry to hear you got one of the uncaught problems.

I believe our cars have a very simple system, comparatively. There should be a suspension height sensor near the rear right wheel, two non-serviceable headlight modules with leveling motors, and I can't remember where the control module lives.

Edit: if you haven't seen a message in your car, it's possible there's just a dealer communication glitch. I suggest scheduling time anyway, but some here on the forum have said their dealer got a one-time glitched error that wasn't actually present on the car.
