Massage Seats Auto Off (1 Viewer)

Took my first long trip of 4 hours and turned on the massage seats. After 15 minutes they turned off and needed to be manually turned on again. Is this normal? Can the timer be changed?

Had a similar issue. You have a loose plug that has to be adjusted at the dealership. Good luck! Mine went out on a 16 hour car ride...

mine always turn off after 15 minutes.

Nothing requiring repair I think it’s normal behaviour.

I consulted the manual and in the area with the operating instructions it says the massage function will automatically turn off after approximately 15 minutes. I did not see any options for extending this time or disabling it altogether.

Thanks for checking. I will ask the dealer when I take it in for the first service if the timer can be changed by them.
