I just saw a video of some deep snow tests with the LandCruiser and they have a Rock mode in their MTS. They don't think I want a Rock mode? And on that note, is there something that explains how the traction control settings differ from Sand, Deep Snow, and Dirt? What are they doing in one vs another?

I'm not exactly sure what all the programming does in each mode, but there are several small changes such as slowing the throttle response in deep snow mode so that you are less likely to start spinning the wheels.

You have a rock mode in your MTS. Like the Land Cruiser 250, rock mode in only available in Lo 4 in the GX. So if you want to see your rock mode then come to a stop, shift to neutral, select Lo 4, shift back to drive, then hit your MTS button. :)
