Hey, happy to be here. My wife and I purchased our 2025 Premium Plus last August. So far I love it but tbh, if the Land Cruiser had better towing capacity, I would have gotten that instead. Hopefully that doesn't get me kicked out 😁My other vehicle is a 2007 Land Cruiser, so I am a bit partial. I enjoy working on cars, am currently "rebuilding" an '05 Subaru WRX for my youngets son and undoing the damage done by the previous owner on our 2015 Subaru Crosstrek that my other son drives. Thankfully, the Lexus doesn't require a lot of attenion, yet. I did change the oil for the first time last night and I made some interesting discoveries, first of all, I am 100% certain the dealership did not change the oil filter at the 5K service and I am pretty certain they didn't change the oil either. Either that or they did and refilled it with canola oil, cause what came out of the car is essentially black water. I will be doing this on my own from here on out.

Welcome from another GX owner in Cary! Just a note, the "complimentary" 5k service does not include an oil change. The first scheduled oil change is at 10k miles, unless you pay for one at 5k.

Looking at the invoice, I agree, it doesn't show oil change in the service descriptions, just in the other verbiage, Synthetic Oil Vehicle, but, the service advisor told me it was part of the 5K and that was the only reason I brought it in. I wouldn't go 10K between oil changes. That is just too long on a twin turbo tank. That explains why the filter felt like it was put on by a poweful robot and the oil looked like black ink.

You live and learn, thanks neighbor!
