Premium + Running Boards (1 Viewer)

just get a roll of vinyl and a blade. That will be easier than lining up a precut decal. It's mostly straight lines with minimal curves. looks much better wrapped

I agree! How does it hold up? I live in upstate New York so lots of snow and potholes.

In my excitement, I might have gotten ahead of myself: I purchased some overtrail illuminated running boards for my premium plus that just arrived. Does anyone know for sure, are the lighted Overtail running boards a direct replacement for the premium plus running boards, will they fit? Lexus parts says not a fitment match, but I have seen that wrong before. Teh bodies for the different trim are so similar, I just have trouble believing that the premium plus would be the only trim where the running board mounting is different???? Any direct experience with this install?? Thanks for your thoughts.

per the 2024 models, the OT rails and steps do not fit on the premium/lux versions

It has something to do with some holes not being pre-threaded on the premium versions.

And hence the confusion, in Lexus parts, the same running board is said to fit the Overtrail, Luxury, and Premium...but for none of them, does it include the Plus version of each...so does that mean it is assumed to fit the Plus, or just does not fit the Plus, I dont thing the Plus versions are any different when it comes to the main body??? And I cannot find a different running board for the Premium Plus, only the electric. Supposed I can just take it in for install and find out...I already have the below running boards.

guess you are going to find out soon. Please share. Not sure anyone has documented the side steps and have only reported issues about the OT rock rails not working properly on the premium or lux models. Maybe they use different mounting points.

Looks great. Really like the wheels. Love the Nori Green.

Are there any vinyl wraps to cover up the chrome on the running boards?
What did you end up doing? I'm considering wrapping but not sure how well it'll hold up in New England winters.
