Prinsu Issue - Manufacturing Quality Lapse (1 Viewer)

Recently got a Prinsu Pro to replace the OEM roof rack on my 2025 OT. Mostly a good experience navigating the install but hit a wall with the wind deflector.

The aluminum crossbar for the wind deflector was not threaded to receive bolts.

Had to manually tap them ... spent my own money since Prinsu was closed for the holidays.

Pictures are before and after tapping the threads. I hope Prinsu covers the cost.

Just ran into the same problem last week. I also bought and tapped my own (only $4) But broke the tap on the third hole. I reached out over the weekend and heard back first thing Monday morning and they immediately shipped out a new crossbar no questions asked. I would say customer service was top notch.

I figured there was a lot that were missing threads. Crazy miss. Glad they took care of you
