Looks like so long as it is stone chip road damage it's covered for 5 years.
It does mention repairs may be visible as well as some potential nonsense about repairing cracks under 6 in long. I've never seen a 5in crack be repaired before. I guess I'll find out. Unlike the extended warranty, this is is not refundable 30 days after purchase.

At least now folks can check with their insurance carrier and see what their current windshield coverage is like and have an accurate comparison to what they're offering you at the dealership.

Out here in AZ we all have full glass coverage. I'm taking my GX in tomorrow morning for the transmission update and I'll be getting back on the list for a replacement windshield. I had my windshield finally replaced last month after nearly a year of waiting. And I promptly got stuck in a freak hailstorm in the desert and got another crack.

For the prepaid maintenance plan (Lexus Luxury Care), when it says 4yrs/40K miles, does that mean it stops at 4yrs/40K or this is on top of the 2 complimentary service 1yr/10K?

I read it as it stops at 40k and it's "not" additional to the complimentary services. The dealer says otherwise and it is 8 additional services to the free ones.
