Interesting...I was just looking at the other thread you started with these pictures.

Here are a couple pictures of my situation with the 35" tires - the tire really gets close to that crash bar area when you turn the wheels.

The Ark products should clear fine, but the Rally Armor bracket may not clear.

Been wondering about the bracket too..
Having snow tires (OT wheel with Cooper Snow Claw 275/70R18) mounted today.

On Weds, I’m having a front brake kit installed. I will ask that installer to put on those Rally Armour flaps too. I will have a summer wheel with me so they can check both the new brakes fit and the mudflaps fit (with both wheel sets…).

Although not apples to apples comparison..I’ll let you and this thread know if the bracket is an issue with my 2 wheelsets.

I did end up having a matt finish PPF put on the back / outside of those mudflaps. It matches the OT lower trim very well. I’m getting ready to test using some Rustoleum bed liner spray on the inside..to lose the gloss finish there.

My Rally Armor flaps are now mounted.
To eliminate the glossy finish I installed matte finish PPF on the backside; and I sprayed two medium coats of Rustoleum Pro Bed Liner coating onto the inside facing the tire (after using Meguiars rubbing compound with paper towels to get a really clean surface, improve adhesion).

My local installers (Adrenaline-HQ) installed them at the same time as the truck was lifted for a new front brake kit install. They said the mud flaps went on very well, except the fronts required they drill out one of the mount points to keep the flap from slight folding, bubbling out.

They look really good. I’ll get some pics the next couple days. The outside edges (width) just happen to line up with the Slee Slider Steps, so it looks ‘close to OEM’ in that regard. The new non-gloss surface finishes match the truck well. The flaps don’t look oversized or weird in any way.
