Has anyone successfully replaced their key card using a locksmith? I see these for sale on eBay anywhere from $40 used or just under $200 "unlocked." There is getting it programmed to work, but obviously a key "blade" that has to be duplicated by a locksmith. I know Lexus claims they can only be programmed once, but there are some really smart people on here I'd love to hear about any DIY or local locksmiths successfully doing this for far less than $300, which is what I think my dealer quoted a while back. If I can save $100-150, why not?
