🛠️ Member Build Roof Rack Swap (3 Viewers)

Recently installed the Victory 4x4 roof rack for the Luxury/Premium models. I don't overland or do much off-roading, so my goals for my build are to standout in the grocery store parking lot . The appeal of this rack for me was the low profile, ease of install and increased functionality from stock should I need to put anything up there. You dont have to remove the roof rails, only the cross bars, to install this which is nice. I dont need a full roof rack for what I use or better yet, dont use it for. My only concern is the gap from the fairing to the roof and if it is significant enough to cause wind noise. It cant be worse that the factory ones but we will see once I take it on the highway.
I also swapped the 22" wheels for some OT's someone took off theirs. I'm planning on adding the Wescott lift and some slightly larger tires here in the near future

Thanks, I liked the Peak rack from Australia but didnt want to deal with importing. Victory came out with this one this summer which looks very similar.

Victory made it even easier to mount on existing rails (they have a version for both the low profile and raised side rails). Very cool design and ease of install. On the Lux/premium models, it saves you from needing to buy the $300 Rubber gutter trims that are missing under the low profile rail. Great solution if a half (3/4) rail works for you.

Welcome @jdmoor21, your truck looks great . As someone who has the Peak 3/4 rack you made the right choice. It's a great rack but it was way too expensive to ship to the US. Plus, the cost of the rubber gutters that @munkeeboi mentioned above adds to the cost. Interested to hear your feedback on wind noise. The Peak rack has a trim piece that fits snug to the roof but maybe that's not needed .

@CaryGX550 I saw your comments on the Peak one somewhere else which steered me away from it. With the wind noise, I figured that if its there, I can look at getting some weather stripping or something similar to try to close the gap. But maybe since it sits further back on the roof itll be more of my kids problem in the back than mine up front
