Size of the tow hitch box

Hi, whilst I wait for my GX to arrive I am buying all the small items that I won’t be buying from the dealer, one item is the tow hitch, can someone that has a GX send me the box length of the rear trawler hitch hole, I think it might be 40mm by 40mm but if someone can confirm this please I would appreciate it. It might be slightly wider to allow for a standard hitch of 40mm by 40mm to fit in.

Mine is getting installed tomorrow, I’ll let you know. Remember that it also needs some wiring done, when you buy the hitch from the dealer it’s complete with a wiring harness.

Thanks mate! I decided to get the on the road fitting at Lexus as they do the wiring as well, I will buy a second hitch for off road with a D035 pin.
