Alright GX fam, I gotta ask… am I the only one who gets way too excited when I finally spot another GX550 on the road? These things are still unicorns out there. Every time I see one, I have to resist the urge to roll down the window and do some kind of secret handshake
Maybe we need an official “GX wave” or headlight flash code like the Jeep crowd has. Or at least a nod of mutual respect for surviving dealer markups and still managing to look this good on the road.
So… how many have you spotted so far? Do you acknowledge each other, or just play it cool like it’s no big deal? Drop your sightings and ideas for a GX wave below or post who you spotted on the road. Might be one of you!

There are 2 others in my area. I wave but the other lady doesn’t seem to care. The other one is lifted and bad a**. I parked next to them at the store. We talked after and thats when I decided to go with the new rims/tires. We wave now, but you are right, they seem somewhat rare, at least here anyway. I did see another one in NJ and we waved, and the kid in the passenger seat looked at his mom as if to ask if they knew me. We definitely don’t need ducks! Just a casual nod or wave is cool enough IMO.

Have only seen 3 in almost a year. That includes one seen during a 3k road trip in the western states. Pretty rare around here.

GX’s all over the place down here in Palm Beach County, FL. See one almost daily at this point

I've only seen two other Gx in my area in Northridge, CA
but I've seen a badass Black on Black on Black GX on the 405fwy the other day.

I am starting to see a few here and there but still scarce in PNW. I see a little bit more of Land Cruiser's. I still haven't seen another Nori Green GX since I got mine back in October last year...

Starting to see them more around me in NJ. There's a caviar luxury in the next town, a nori P+ at my office, and another nori P+ at my kid's school. Now that I have a green vehicle, I've started seeing green cars everywhere.
