Had been using traffic jam assist on highways and even on some secondary roads since we got the vehicle last year. Really like this feature.
Since October, our traffic jam assist doesn't work anymore, set vehicle to radar cruise control, as soon as the vehicle stops, you have to step on the accelerator to restart cruise control. Traffic jam assist does not kick in at under 25mph even on major highways that used to work. Checked all our settings and and can't figure out why. I looked up the IOS app, and all of the subscriptions are still active.
Any one has suggestions to remedy?
