Tell me more on how you got Netflix on the screen.
The product is in my post. You either need Starlink or good internet service that you can create a hot spot with.

Also agree that Netlix while driving is not recommended, but it does help when i'm waiting in the car when my kid is asleep in the backseat

Finally got around to installing the Hyuga W&Y Dual Color Fog Light bulbs (3k cornering bulbs previously installed). FYI, they default to white in Auto & yellow in On setting on the stalk. Flash the high beam to switch back and forth between colors. Also, ended up leaving the little diffuser panels off this time. I’ve removed them twice and in total I’ve found 3 dead dragonflies. Oddest thing 🤔

Thanks for the info.

Took my 9-year old camping, for two days, full self-contained.
Great to get them out exploring and being immersed in Nature early on. How is the awning attachment and the 23 Zero setup work for you. I like that package, but the awning was always an issue. Does it telescope out at time of setup to clear the hard shell top? A closed up shot would be great to see.

Removed the 2nd row seats. Total weight: 125 lbs, or 56.7 kg - for those who believe in measurements that make sense 😉
On a tangent, but seriously: there is no justification for any automotive accessories with SAE hardware.

Oddly enough my GX never came with the card. Maybe a Canada thing.

Was never listed on the option sheet either; though I do have the app.

Second this, no card when I got the 2024 last year. We did get the front grille emblem defroster in Canada. Bet you don’t have that everywhere

Everything has a use and yeah I am sure this keeps the ice and snow from obscuring the sensors. Photo shows the fine vertical lines in the emblem which defrost it. I assume the radar is in the emblem since the camera is below. That along with the headlight cleaning with windshield fluid works well in the winter.

Not today, but this past weekend. Hit the trails near Tahoe. Last Friday around Mt. Watson (with my son and his Tacoma) & on Saturday the area around Sunflower Mountain with my son (Tacoma) and his buddy (Bronco Wildtrak). GX was able to go everywhere the Bronco went, just slower and more deliberate line choice.

The Taco was mine and my son helped me build it when he was younger. He since has built it further. Before me the Tacoma was my dad’s. So 1 Tacoma, 3 generations. My parents are still with us and like seeing where the Tacoma goes.

We’ve been having an unusual amount of rain here in Phoenix and the west side got hit with major storms and hail last night. There was a good 6-inches of accumulated hail in places, looked like snow drifts. I inspect and maintain drainage systems for clients and this Amazon facility had major flooding. Drove and walked around in freezing water up to my knees all morning clearing debris off drywell inlet grates.

Any chance you can make some for Christmas 🎁. Assuming it would work on the passenger grab handle as well. Very clean. Did you buy all the parts or 3D print a bracket? Very nice!
If BoostedGX isn't making any you might try the Slee grab handle adapter here: SLEE - Grab Handle Adapter - '24+ Land Cruiser 250 / GX 550 - Slee Off Road They use it on their site for a SwitchPro mount but it will also support a 1" ball as you can see in the attached photo

Another option - I purchased a mag charger windshield mount from BestBuy:

I mounted it in that same corner and it has an adjustable length arm. The cord runs fairly nice behind the dash lip (you can tuck it in most of the way in a seam), then it runs down behind the passenger side of the screen and plugs into the USB-C. This gives you a phone magmount in that location with a charger. Picture attached. I'll get around to burying the cord in the dash for a more professional install at some point, but for now it isn't bothering me at all, and it has not dropped my phone once. It also does not block the view much.

Mounting like this also opens up the center cigarette lighter charge location for the passenger. I ordered one of those from Fuel and Fire today:

That will make for two charging mag mounts tucked out of the way.
