Where is the button for that? The manual is not very helpful.In what way?
Mine work about as good as any other wiper I've ever used. They wipe when they're clean and streak when there's ice stuck in them. The wiper de-icer is pretty fantastic, though.

Rubbing alcohol and a paper towel is the best way.Cleaning the rubber with a wet, then dry microfiber cloth, helps them work better. I prefer a rubber rejuvenation, but water works better than nothing.
I do it about once a month.
