I had new factory inserts installed at my recall service. They work better now and don't chatter.

WD40 and wipe the rubber down weekly, chepa dn works great. Clean them off with paper towel soaked with WD40, keep cleaning until the black onthe towel is somewhat reduced. This cleans them and moisturizes them as well. This is oarticualrly good on a trip and you are not near O’Reilly or NAPA for new ones.

I found front and rear Windshield defrost on the app but not the wiper de-icer. Any tips? I was in the custom climate on the app. Thanks

I haven't been able to find this setting in the app, but I've had some weird issues with the climate tab in my app.

Only vehicles with the Cold Weather package (including all USDM and Canadian OT & OT+ models) have the wiper de-icer. It's available by going into the "Climate" tab at the bottom of the infotainment.
