1500rpm when started (1 Viewer)

Not sure if this is a new thing or not- upon start up the car starts as normal as a few seconds later as it’s warming up, the engine revs to 1500rpm. Anyone else noticing the same?

Yes mine does this as well and it is normal. The engine is powering up and getting the oil throughout the engine

I used the app remote start, and heard the same too.

My Porsche 911 does this. It also helps get things up to temperature sooner.
